Todd Price, an industry veteran has been promoted to the role of Senior Vice President of Development within AlphaStruxure. His exceptional track record includes successful leadership positions at Enchanted Rock and Hitachi Microgrids North America, where he played a crucial role in the development and execution of large-scale microgrid Energy as a Service projects. Price’s entrepreneurial acumen shines through his co-founding of both Crescendo Power, a microgrid private equity firm, and Navigator Systems, a leading analytics consulting firm that experienced significant organic growth for 14 years before being acquired by Hitachi Consulting in 2006. In his new role, Price will focus on coaching and leading development teams to address organizations’ energy challenges and drive innovative initiatives across transportation electrification, commercial and industrial manufacturing, mining, metals and minerals, and more.
Marty Trivette, a seasoned professional within energy businesses, has been promoted to the role of Senior Vice President of Energy Solutions. Trivette brings a wealth of senior leadership experience from Siemens, GE, and ABB, with diverse roles spanning product management, R&D, marketing, M&A, IT, and manufacturing. In his prior role at ABB, he served as the Global VP of Solution Architectures and Product Management, driving the development of innovative electrification solutions. At GE, he held various leadership positions, including Global VP of Digital and Systems, leading the integration of electrical gear and electronic systems for Digital Industrial IoT initiatives. At AlphaStruxure, Trivette excels as a client-focused leader of the solution architect engineers and IT/OT teams and drives the development of technical microgrid solutions and digital offerings. He is responsible for overseeing the Integrate Digital Platform and Network Operations Center, developing a digital strategy, standardizing designs, and managing software, hardware, control platforms, and cyber operations to optimize energy infrastructure project performance.

These appointments come at an exciting time for AlphaStruxure, as the company recently announced the completion and operation of the Brookville Smart Energy Bus Depot in Montgomery County, MD, and several new groundbreaking projects, including JFK’s New Terminal One Microgrid and the Montgomery County MD, EMTOC project, the nation’s largest renewable energy-powered transit depot and first on the east coast with on-site green hydrogen production. These projects demonstrate AlphaStruxure’s commitment to delivering sustainable and resilient infrastructure solutions that support the decarbonization efforts required to meet ambitious climate goals.
